The towels were luxuriously thick and soft, and the breakfasts were freshly prepared with many options. A jar of Marmite for my daughter's eggs was a sweet personal touch.

the location was amazin for my visit, just a short walk to the beach and town. the bed was super comfy and made my stay really nice. breakfast was really good with lots of tasty options. liked the nice touch of the parking permit they gave me. overall had a good experience and would def come back.
the shower head was a bit old and not the best. also, the tv was hard to watch since it was too dark.

The breakfast at The Arches was a true delight, featuring an array of scrumptious scones and local treats that made my taste buds dance! The location is spot on too, just a hop away from the heart of Whitby, letting us soak up the sights without breaking a sweat.
The shower was a bit of a tight squeeze, and we had a cheeky challenge finding a parking spot in the busy area—not impossible, but certainly a bit of a hunt.

Solo traveler with great amenities
The breakfast was DELICIOUS! ! It was like a well-oiled machine, everything came out hot and organized, and the fresh fruit salad was a refreshing touch! they had complimentary refreshments readily available, which was a nice surprise.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but still acceptable for what I got.

Clean, spacious rooms with comfortable bedding. The breakfast menu offers extensive choices, but if you're like me, leave room for the delicious lemon cake.
Check-in is mostly self-directed. it would have been helpful to have clearer directions for key drop-off upon checkout. The shower room door doesn't shut completely, which could be awkward if you need a little privacy. Plus, some parking frustration due to limited availability on the street. be prepared to walk a block or two.

The room was cozy and clean, with a really comfy bed that made sleep a dream. Small but functional bathroom, and the complimentary refreshments were a nice touch. The fan helped a lot since it was warm. Just a bit tight on space around the bed, but we managed. a good setup for a short stay.

Wonderful stay with superb hospitality
I had a fantastic experience during my stay. The room was not only clean but also cozy, and the location was perfect, just a short walk from the seafront. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a delicious variety that kept me coming back for more. The only suggestion would be to offer more accessibility features in the bathrooms for seniors.
